It was a 10-15 minute...

Liked: Loved that there was an elevator and in a quiet area so you did not hear noise at night. The Room was very spacious and had great storage for hanging clothes.
Disliked: Did not like that you had to walk through the 2nd bedroom to get to the bathroom. Our daughter kept getting woken up each time we had to use the bathroom during the night. You could not see because it was dark, and the light switch was outside the bathroom. Hairdryer was broken first day we got there and had to ask for a new one. And the soap dispenser near bathroom sink was empty until we had to ask for it to be filled. This should be part of housekeeping inspection when new guests arrive.

Liked: The people were polite..the room was average..the lady who was doing the cleaning was excellent..
Disliked: Room allocated was 501, we had come from India and we had asked for a good room..this was on the 5th floor and the room was smaller than the other rooms on the same floor..the reception guy claimed that it was the best room he had..not true

Mediocre hotel

Liked: Location, air conditioning is very quiet and room was cold
Disliked: It’s very old. You can hear the metro/subway from room 104. Bathroom needs a renovation.

Disliked: you need to ask for a room not on the first floor. Otherwise, you'll sleep in the metro starting at 6am

Good and fair midway hotel

Liked: Location is great, very central and close to Metro stations. Opera, shops, restaurant and bars around. Some people might even find it too busy. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. They went the extra mile with us and I believe they will try their best with anyone else.Room was equiped with whatever was needed (for us) to make our stay comfortable.Price is very fair, especially for the area your in and in comparison with other hotels.
Disliked: The hotel is very dated and feels like it needs a refreshment.We stayed 5 nights and the beddings were not changed. I assume it's the policy and the reason for the good price.Our 2nd night was a Sunday and it looked like there was a problem with cleaning. Someone was at the room, but didn't clean it properly and only one towel was changed. However, it happened only once. Rest of days were very good.
