Absolutely dreadful. One step down from a run down youth hostel. Rooms dirty and small. Breakfast basic and delivered to room as there is no dining area. All in all - terrible.

Liked: Central position
Disliked: Just a stairway between shops . Reception was a DIY job on one of the landings . No facilities whatsoever , no lounge , no food.Doors to rooms had cheapest possible £1 handles and no way of locking them inside - chain was missing etc. Room smelt damp / old building .

Liked: Good location hotel clean but very basic only bed to sit on
Disliked: Steps down from bathroom only one bedside table and minimal space. Curtains inadequate in blocking out light needed blackout linings.

Central location perfect for a...

Liked: The hotel was in very central location, the room was clean and tidy, and check-in and check-out were smooth

Basic but acceptable

Liked: The hotel is exactly where I wanted to be (i.e. In the centre of Oxford). It was basic but clean and quiet.
Disliked: The facilities in the room were rather basic. For example: No sugar or sweetener with the tea/coffee making stuff. The remote for the tv didn't really control the tv properly.

I will again choose that...

Liked: Excellent location and very kind staff.
Disliked: Hotel is without an elevator, that is only bad thing.
