Nice and stylish place, recommended....

Liked: A nice, modern hotel, moderately luxurious, with very stylish decor. Clean and with large rooms
Disliked: The windows in the room did not provide adequate sound insulation from street noise, despite us being on the third floor.

Liked: The family room was spacious enough, the bathroom was big and modern. Breakfast was delicious, though one had to book a breakfast table in advance as they had large groups coming down for breakfast at the same time window.
Disliked: I made the reservation through booking.com, with choosing payment on arrival. It was an unpleasant surprise that despite this booking the hotel was trying to deduct the payment on the morning of our arrival date without previous notification. As I had to renew the card registered on booking.com site and they couldn't deduct the payment I received several alerts from the hotel on the morning of our travel date that the payment needs to be made before arrival, otherwise they can cancel the booking according to their policy. It was quite a hassle while already being on our way to Limerick, to arrange for the payment some way and not to arrive to having our booking cancelled. I don't have a problem with paying a couple of days early if I'm specifically notified that this is their policy. But doing this on the day of our arrival doesn't make much sense, can they not wait a couple of hours till I get there? I had 4 different hotel reservations in Ireland the very same way, they all accepted payment on arrival, except for this hotel. Other than that, the actual stay was pleasant.
