Good central location, with comfortable room and parking.

Liked: Central location, excellent parking, comfy bedroom.
Disliked: Poor cooked breakfast, lumpy scrambled egg, single cold slice of bacon.

Liked: location to where i needed to go was amazing, Duty staff were very friendly , helpful and courteous. Unfortunately during my stay a large group of guests did not think of others making lots of noise late into the night!! my room was clean though could use a paint freshen up. Comfortable and warm. Breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: guests to be more considerate !!

Liked: Location was excellent for our visit to a concert at the Cheese and Grain.Comfy beds, nice amount and quality of tea and coffee and biscuits.Nice breakfast.
Disliked: Our room was, above beer garden so was noisy until about midnight.

Great central location, friendly staff, slightly shabby room

Liked: The location was ideal in the centre of Frome - and the bonus was that the hotel did have some parking (despite it saying no hotel parking on the website). The free toiletries were lovely and the TV was well sited in the room The staff at breakfast were really helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The bedroom's decor was a little 'shabby chic' - the wardrobe handle came off in our hand and the toilet didn't flush easily. I know that the hotel is doing the rooms up gradually.
