Great location in a interesting...

Liked: Staff were great especially Jacob who went above and beyond in the restaurant area and bar. The character and history of the building.
Disliked: Bed was too soft. Toilet cistern took forever to fill and had a poor flush. All the doors were very noisy. You could hear every time the neighbouring guests came and went. The shower was very weak with a poor flow rate. No real ales in the bar.We appreciate it is an old characterful building, which I loved, so none of this spoilt our stay.

Disliked: Rooms very dated with ripped wallpaper and curtains. Bathroom floor dirty. Bottled water was already opened so looks like it’s refilled. Decorating in room very poor.
