Met our needs for a...

Liked: Warmly greeted at reception. Table reservation in the restaurant was held, despite us being late due to traffic. Staff in the restaurant were very attentive for dinner. Offer of another room was made available. Breakfast cost was deducted due to disappointment.
Disliked: There was a distinctive musky smell in our room, which was rather unpleasesant. Room 24. We were offered another room, however it didnt meet our requirements. The staff at breakfast were not very attentive. 2 breakfast orders were delayed beyond an acceptable timeframe. And one order had a large amount of egg shell in the poached egg! This cost was waived, however we would have preferred to have paid and had an enjoyable breakfast.

Great location, nice decoration, and...

Liked: The positives were that the room looked as good as the pictures. The small touches were noticed - such as bathroom toiletries, tea, biscuits, and air con!
Disliked: The bedroom was bright all night. It was lucky I bought an eye mask. I would ask the hotel if they could turn off the outdoor lights at night and these come on on a sensor only for security/safety reasons.

Enjoyed our stay

Liked: Second time we have stayed here, love the close proximity to the city centre. Delighted we had been upgraded to an air conditioned room.
Disliked: Parking was a bit of an issue due to a party booking. Staff were very helpful getting us parked

Fantastic fabulous with great staff

Liked: Everything …staff are amazing really helpful and nothing was to much trouble fabulous it was a breath of fresh air shame other hotels can’t be like this … thankyou
Disliked: Nothing it was great

Great weekend overall.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Room great. Great location.
Disliked: Parking was a bit scarce and manoeuvring the car park was tricky.
