Liked: The hotel is in a great location for visiting Norwich. Just on the outskirts in beautiful tree lined streets and about 15 to 20 minutes stroll.Lovely shower.We felt very relaxed and rested after our 2 night stay.

Liked: The customer service was outstanding. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: 1. I couldn't get a parking space, despite booking one. (A member of staff kindly moved his car, so I could park.)2. I was also kept awake by noisy guests in the corridor. One guest seemed to be walking up and down the corridor, clapping. Others were having loud conversations on their way to their rooms. The bedroom door locks are also surprisingly loud. I was also woken by someone's alarm at 7am and another at 7.20am. I've decided that the hotel would be lovely if it didn't have other people there, so it's Air B&B from now on!

Liked: The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, the restaurant had a great selection on the menu and the service was great. We were a family group of seven and we had four rooms, all of which were excellent. Highly recommend.
