Disliked: Only had a bath in the room. No shower facilities

Lovely place and great location.

Liked: Staff were really friendly.Food was great, service was too.
Disliked: Parking at the back was a little tight. The restaurant got our food bill mixed in with another table so nearly paid £50+ extra for the meal and drinks, because I asked for the reciept to check.

Liked: Free parking. Proximity to town center ... in a nice town. The scarecrow pursuit.In easy reach of Pickering, Malton and Helmsley for trips out.Would recommend to others and return.

Liked: The George and Dragon is amazing, the room is massive with good facilities in a great location the staff are brilliant and the food and presentation is THE BEST

Happy stay over with lovely...

Liked: Had a lovely stay over at the George and Dragon. The twin room was lovely and clean and the staff were so friendly. I would definitely stay over again when visiting Kirby. Added bonus, they are dog friendly so you can take your pal with you.

A comfortable stay, delicious food...

Liked: Friendly staff, delicious food and a beautiful view from our room. Even though our room was quite dated, it was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable.
