Liked: Great location in Milan for the design district and ticked away in a quite street.
Disliked: Spots at the breakfast were booked out as i was late booking, but plenty of choice nearby.

The staff gave great restaurant...

Liked: An outstanding, centrally located, comfortable, clean hotel with an excellent breakfast, and very helpful staff. Three weeks in Italy, six hotels: this was easily the best. We'll definitely return.
Disliked: Little thing: put a shelf in the shower for those of us who bring our own conditioner.

Very good

Liked: The location was great, breakfast was tasty, service by staff was very good.
Disliked: The bed.

Poor

Liked: The only thing we liked about this hotel was the comfortable bed and the central location.
Disliked: There was no wifi available and the power went out the first night we arrived so the hotel alarms kept going off at 3AM, according to the staff this happens frequently. Also the A/C does not go below 20 degrees, which was quite hot for the room. They do not provide you with water, you have to use reusable glasses to fill for yourself in the lobby.

Would return.

Disliked: More comfortable seating.

Staff are very friendly, helpful...

Liked: Close to Cadorna station and shops. Walkable going to Duomo di Milano.
