Great spot for views and...

Liked: Beautiful property, accommodating staff, like other places, a little bit understaffed… But is to be expected, the finger lakes has a leisurely pace overall. And they really do make an effort to make you comfortable, enjoyable, suite layout.
Disliked: Lacking an indoor common area, but it’s a unique layout due to it being a former house and monastery. Overall, I look forward to coming back.

Massively overpriced, not worth the...

Liked: Location is beautiful with a nice view over lake and the garden.
Disliked: It is insanely overpriced for a mediocre experience. Really not worth the money. Except for the garden and location everything else is mediocre, including the room we stayed in, and the facilities.

I enjoyed every aspect!

Liked: I liked everything about the facility; the staff, the value, the food, and the bar!
Disliked: No elevator.

Liked: Beautiful rooms and very peaceful getaway! Love the history of the place and the suite was very enjoyable. Loved the high ceilings and large windows. The kitchen was convenient too! Beautiful grounds to walk around.
Disliked: Small TV and sound quality wasn't great. Maybe more pictures and modern decor, large, modern TV would be nice.

Liked: Pretty on the outside
Disliked: Missing stove in our room so changed room. Dated mediocre room. Kitchen was a joke. Some of the front desk staff not helpful and obviously didn’t care- not professional.

Amazing Stay

Liked: Lovely rooms with a beautiful view. Bed, linens and pillows were all extremely comfortable. Great shower. Full kitchen too. Nice breakfast basket in the morning.
