Genetti Hotel SureStay Collection by Best Western

Liked: Our room was nice; the bed comfortable and loved the rubber ducky. The included breakfast the next morning was the best.
Disliked: I wonder if our waitress for dinner was new and/or in training.

My sons' room key didn't work, so they were upgraded to a beautiful suite on the floor above us. Excellent service, and you can bring your dog!

Liked: Charming 100 year old place; everyone smiling; comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Nothing.

Dated hotel in need of...

Liked: The location was good. Old hotel with charm. Free breakfast.
Disliked: The air was stagnant. The bathroom was really dated, not very clean, with terrible lighting. Although we were required to initial regarding noise level, the hotel was noisy outside our room until 4:00am. Apparently those rules didn’t apply to everyone.

Disliked: There sounded like there was a large party the night before staying at the hotel and our room was not ready for check in at 4 pm. Staff was helpful but communication lacking

Disliked: Room was small and quite cramped Coffee in the reception area was stone cold when we tried to get one.Staff on the whole not very welcoming and friendly (one man on reception with a beard was the exception).

Disliked: The signage made it a little tricky to find my room at first.
