Genetti Hotel SureStay Collection by Best Western

Liked: Our room was nice; the bed comfortable and loved the rubber ducky. The included breakfast the next morning was the best.
Disliked: I wonder if our waitress for dinner was new and/or in training.

My sons' room key didn't work, so they were upgraded to a beautiful suite on the floor above us. Excellent service, and you can bring your dog!

Liked: Charming 100 year old place; everyone smiling; comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The people at the hotel were very friendly the breakfast was great the gym was nice but I did not like not being able to swim asa the pool was the reason for me booking this hotel
Disliked: pool wasn't available for my entire week there smh I booked this hotel for the pool as well and no pool my entire stay I would recommend telling people your pool isnt working

Disliked: The only issue I had was with the toilet! It didn’t flush well.

You get what you pay...

Liked: The breakfast was fine. I am a vegetarian and had plenty of options from which to choose.
Disliked: The bathroom set up was inconvenient and cramped. There were coffee K-cups and tea bags but no creamer or sweetener in my room which was aggravating. I did not experience any other problems but the co-workers traveling with me had a very bad experience and it makes me question the security of the hotel.
