Liked: Good location for my purpose.
Disliked: Breakfast options was on the smaller size. Curtains didn't reach all the way down to cover the window, so at sunrise the sun was shining right on to the bed and eyes.

Must improve.

Liked: The location, right in the city centre, was great.
Disliked: The cleaning, the hostel’s look in general and the noise. The bedroom walls were not clean, some had spills of some sort, the bathroom didn’t look clean, specially the sink, the mirror and the shower head. The noise at night was very intense and it came from the hostel parties and from the people coming in and out of the parties. The hostel should highlight better that it is a party hostel and not a normal hotel.

Liked: This was not my first time, nor my last time coming, I absolutely love this place, this time around I booked the private room and it was really great. Clean and tidy, private bathroom, the location is quiet yet really centric, and the people working at the reception are friendly and ready to help.
Disliked: I miss the ice bar haha But seriously, it was great.

Okay for what its worth.

Liked: A great location, so that might do. Staff was give-or-take, evening staff on my check in was very helpful and sweet, morning staff (boy on the kitchen, indeed, not girl) - need some HR training. Room was okay, exactly what you'll expect to see in any mid hostels. Overall stay was okay.
Disliked: They need seriously install some shelves in the showers, as it was torture, no way to put your personal belongings. Another disappointing this is that you don't "rent" the towel, you need to pay to use it. Wording is confusing, as when you rent something - you get your deposited money back. Also, unfortunately, I didn't have chance to try the breakfast, as (as I understood) cooking staff was late for 30 minutes or more. Boy at the counter didn't bother to suggest any of the fixing of the situation.
