Liked: The staff were very kind and the pods were very comfortable for a short solo trip and I enjoyed my stay there:) it was quiet there most of the time which I loved and the food was okay , I wish it was possible to pay with cash too and not only by card

Liked: I had a nice experience with the reception staff. They were helpful and accommodating. I needed to change my room after midnight, and they handled the request with transparency and genuine support. Their responsiveness made a big difference to my stay.
Disliked: The rooms were uncomfortably hot, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Better ventilation or air conditioning would really improve the overall stay.

Liked: Friendly staff, comfy and clean bed, nice bathrooms and clean most of the time
Disliked: The light was on in the bedroom and we couldn’t turn it off until they decided to. I suppose is for order but if you want to go to bed early just by aware of that

Liked: Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Disliked: We were quietly reading in the courtyard and were told it closed at 11pm. For noisy kids, this is understandable. For grown adults who only want to relax outside, this was frustrating.
