Disappointing stay which could have...

Liked: - The heated pool, water slide and spa- Loads of toys and books in the room- Equipment in the room in general was also great, e.g aircon, new laundry machines and well equipped kitchen with everything you need, even an airfryer! So perfect for families.- Easy access to the beach and playgrounds nearby.- Comfortable beds
Disliked: Unfortunately a lot :(- Not cleaned properly, full of clumps of dust behind and under furniture from what seems like 20 years ago, we even found a dead cockroach and a full sandwich that someone had stashed under the bed. Unfortunately kids kept throwing toys under things so we discovered it this way. There was also cobwebs on some windows which would have been easy to clean. Also bedding looked pretty old with stains.- No privacy as our kitchen/lounge huge window overlooked the outside bins so people constantly coming up to throw rubbish there and we had no blinds at all! Also not pleasant when you are trying to cook or eat looking at bins. - The outdoor patio was unusable with random old furniture just in the middle not even setup and there was no barrier from the communal garden so kids just kept running away to this garden and a random gardener man literally walked through there on occasion. It also had no key lock so my 5 year old could open it and let my 2 year old out with him. Very unsafe so I asked for another room straight away which was not provided despite my booked room had photos of a balcony room, not patio!- Super noisy from road traffic as the room was right at the edge.- Indian restaurant smell was very strong in the car park.

Liked: The pool is amazing for kids, heated and has a shallow end as well as a deeper area for jumping in. Waterslide was great, as was spa. Apartment was large with a huge kitchen and lounge
Disliked: The common areas of the building are dated but the apartment itself was well maintained and clean.
