The hotel is well kept, bright and pleasant. The room cleaning staff were very efficient and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Liked: The front desk staff were most helpful, friendly and conscientious.

Liked: Reasonable price compared to other options, close to Granville Island market and walkable to rest of downtown and Stanley Park.
Disliked: Both days of our stay the room hadnt been cleaned by the time we arrived back in late afternoon and staff werent very responsive to requests for this to be done.

Probably would not stay again.
Liked: The location is good because there are restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly.
Disliked: No facecloths were provided only hand towels. One of the elevators was broken. The blanket had lint attached to it and was dirty. The shower head leaked and spray hit the ceiling where it now is peeling.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean room, upgraded room, value deal, fridge & microwave with coffeemaker & next to White Spot. Good location & a large size room with lots of space (we had with 2 queens)
Disliked: Not a dealbreaker but the room faced a large well lit building & although we had room darkening curtains it still wasn't dark inside the room late night. Not the Hotels fault & eventually we slept. Another "not" the hotels fault is that people are loud in the hallway & near elevators late night & early morning but that's just a lack of common courtesy but unfortunately you can hear any hallway noise easily & that's your wake up call... if you are ready or not to wake up, too bad! We were there for a concert & location from Roger's is 25 to 30 min walk. You will need to take 2 buses from Horshoe Bay its not near the last stop on bus 257 Express. So you need to transfer to another which we figured out but obviously takes some planning & of course route back we had it all figured out. $18 cab to Yaletown from GEC for dinner.

It was a friendly, convenient...
Liked: The location great and the bar and restaurant next door very good. Staff were very helpful in both.
Disliked: The bathroom and top floor facilities could be updated when able.
