Disliked: Property will charge you in advance even if they have renovation plan. They don’t inform people that they are close. Really so disappointed

This hotel was adequate for...

Liked: Free parking. The couple in the office was accommodating and worked with us to rectify a booking mistake on their part. In the end, it worked out.
Disliked: One night there was an incident with other motel guests; yelling, screaming, banging… for like 15-20 minutes. It was a domestic violence situation. Someone in our party eventually called the police in the middle of the night. Not blaming the motel for this at all… except there was no reaction or response by the motel management, during or after the incident. The whole motel was awakened by this incident, but management was no where to be seen. They live on the property. 🤷‍♂️

A very accessible motel, recommended...

Liked: 1) The accessibility to the freeway and public transport.2) We booked the hotel just for one night, to attend the new year's eve in San Francisco, hence it was more about accessibility and a comfortable basic place for us.
Disliked: It didn't bother us much but the motel is present very close to the highway, hence may get noisy with traffic on some days.
