We were disappointed by a...

Liked: The restaurants served delicious food. The pool and hot tubs looked like a lot of fun.
Disliked: 1. It was not what we were expecting. My wife has been to the Gaylord resorts in Florida and Tennesse, so she was expecting something more along those lines (more indoor shops and activities)2. I tried to sign up for the Marriott Bonvoy Membership. However, I was unable to activate my account. I went to the front desk, and the young man (Ahbi) was very respectful but unable to succeed. He told me to call the 1-800 number. I spoke with Tina, who was very disrespectful (made it sound like it was my fault) and unable to help me at all.3. Consequently, I felt like I missed out on a lot of the hotel's offerings.4. My bank statement shows I am being charged twice for parking. I paid the machine when I exited the parking lot and now see that charge in my final bill. I will recheck my bank on Monday to ascertain if this is correct.

Liked: The staff and room weren't bad
Disliked: Pool gross. Said complimentary breakfast but did not have that. All the kids activities were closed. The ball drop for the new year was a big disappointment. Over all first time there and last time.

Basically we didn't get to...

Liked: My stay was specifically for the chance .to sit down one on one withy girlfriend to talk about our relationship in Depth somewhere away from.all.others influence around us ..for starts the prices were starting out advertised at as low as 279 for .that specic night stay but.app kept jumping way higher each time starting .ended up being $489 approxx and.noentiin I needed more money to reserve room. Onec I got there then the 33 dollar parking fee so I parked out side the facility and walk about half.mile to make sure I still had enough money on pre paid card
Disliked: If I could have went back to front desk and canceled my stay for another time when my future wife would not have been held back at home for health reasons ...it was a good chunk of saved money being spent to give us together a chance to be alone and relaxed for a change but there just wasn't a chance she could make it at the end of the day but had already paid in full and couldn't just make her feel better enough to make it to the facility..maybe a couple weeks later but not when we had reserved .....sucks for us I guess
