Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center

Not a good value for the dollar. Will not recommend to others. Had been there back in mid 1990s and it was awesome.

Disliked: Not enough food venues open for lunch on Tuesday or when returning from Opry on Tuesday evening.

Liked: We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The resort is stunning, the service was top-notch, and the indoor gardens and views made every moment feel special. A truly unforgettable experience—can’t wait to return!
Disliked: The microwaves so far from the room. About time I heat my food, it's cold again when I get to the room.

Disliked: I was charged twice for parking; self park. I paid at the exit and also had a charge on my room receipt.

Was relaxing but staff and...

Liked: Rude staff and no idea on all of the smaller things that were happening in the resort. Like music and then water show at 7,8,9 at delta area except for overhearing someone talk about it. No direct connection about what happened each and every day except all the big stuff

We will probably be back...

Liked: The food was exceptional - my wife has issue with some foods and after the first meal, they remembered her issues at the other restaurants without even mentioning it.Was upgraded from an outside room to an inside room - small balcony, but it was really neat to see all the goings on under the atrium.
Disliked: Had issues trying to leave the parking lot - was told to use the room key; but it didn't work. An attendant helped us.Had storms the first night - was woke up at 3:00 AM because of tornado warnings.

Exceptional
