Liked: Only the view of the room that we paid to upgrade. The staffs was polite and very helpful. The valet staffs was very cordial.
Disliked: The rollaway bed that we paid came in at 11pm. The elevator is very slow, you have to wait 15 minutes to show up. For the price I pay I could have get better accommodation somewhere else

Disliked: Food was terrible. Poor service, the room was dirty had to ask for towels, couldn’t find place to sit to get dinner no help from the staff. Tables were not cleaned off. Double charged me for a room and lied. Poor front desk staff very unprofessional

Liked: The room was a king size bed with balcony. Nice size modern and very clean room and lovely scenery!
