Disliked: Food was terrible. Poor service, the room was dirty had to ask for towels, couldn’t find place to sit to get dinner no help from the staff. Tables were not cleaned off. Double charged me for a room and lied. Poor front desk staff very unprofessional

Disliked: My room shower was cold called maintenance everyday and it take 20 minutes to heat up

Liked: The room was a king size bed with balcony. Nice size modern and very clean room and lovely scenery!
Disliked: The gaylord is so lovely what can you not like.'

Beautiful resort, great location

Liked: Overall our stay was great. I would have liked a direct view of the harbor. I loved how quiet our room was and we couldn't hear any outside noise (hallway, street etc). Prices for the meals were fine, typical tourists pricing. I definitely would come back to the beautiful Gaylord Resort. THANKS for making our 34th anniversary. special
Disliked: Bath towels could be softer. They were clean but rough,not a big deal.
