Gatwick White House Hotel

Good place to stay for...

Liked: Fantastic location, with good access to public transport in order to get to Gatwick for £3 in about 15 mins Some reviews complain about the cleanliness of the property and we read one about bed bugs a couple of weeks ago, but this wasn’t a problem we noticed, the room was very clean, and we asked the staff about bedbugs which has since been cleaned.
Disliked: There wasn’t a fan or air conditioning in the room so it was quite uncomfortable in the heatwave

Great stay and would stay...

Liked: The room was great. The only issue was that there is no AC, but we opened the window and were fairly comfortable. Would definitely stay again. The staff was lovely and the food was good and very reasonable.
Disliked: I would have liked a box of tissues in the room.

Liked: Excellent value for money , near to airport with shuttle service , rooms are basic , comfortable and excellent shower 👍

Ok, for one night

Liked: Close to the airport. Breakfast was ok, but limited choices. Close to a bus stop where you can take the airport bus at a cheap fare.
Disliked: There is no air conditioning, so the room was very warm. Because it's close to a noisy road and airport, opening the windows made it a noisy night. The bed was uncomfortable, but ok, just for a night. The room was very small, so it was a bit challenging with the luggage.

Good value, good food, we...

Liked: Very close to Gatwick South Terminal. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent Indian meal. Room was clean, bathroom was large with a good sized shower.
Disliked: We booked a double room but were given one with bunk beds as well. It felt quite claustrophobic, but okay fur one night.
