Disappointing

Liked: Convenience to Gatwick for a morning flight.Shuttle service to airport.Shower was good water pressure. Has a restaurant at hotel. Average Indian cuisine.Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Room was VERY basic. No hangers in wardrobe.Walls are bland with no color or thought in the decor.No luggage rack provided. You get what you pay for!

Very pleasant and helpful Staff...

Liked: Breakfast was very good Continental was included with room price but they do offer to Upgrade to full English breakfast for a £5 extra but as I did Not want any meat and didn't need Full Break fast but asked for Scrambled eggs on Toast with Continental they agreed to my request and only charged £2 extra instead for the Full breakfast of £5; which I appreciated and was very happy. and to get to Gatwick airport is a very short drive of 13 to 15minutes. Accomodation was very comfortable. I have used this hotel several times and am very happy. Will definitely use again. On the whole very comfortable and very good Value for Money.
Disliked: May be the room could have been a little spacer/bigger and would have preferred a Full en-suite Bath with Shower over instead of the Shower only. But still suppose for the money paid it was acceptable.

Exceptional

Does the job, good value,...

Liked: One mile for Gatwick Airport, samosas and beer in the bar area. Comfortable, clean room, functional and welcome for a weary traveler.
Disliked: No frills, a wee bit cramped and functional.
