Liked: The staff were very good and helpful The restaurant was nice and the food was good. It was nice to be able to have dinner at the hotel and breakfast in the morning with the shuttle service to the airport after traveling the day before.
Disliked: The bed was a little lumpy and soft. The shower drain didn't work very well and the shower quickly filled with water to the point of actually overflowing onto the floor flooding a little bit of the floor over to the toilet area.

Liked: The location was great for Gatwick Airport.The price is reasonable.The drinks at the bar were a reasonable price.Chap made my son a pizza even though the kitchen was closed. The bathroom was very clean, and the shower was lovely. Lovely fresh towels as well.
Disliked: The check in process, the Girl on the desk didn't seem to be confident in what she was doing. The card machine wasn't working, then it was. I told her that I forgot if I had booked breakfast or not she said we had and asked us what time we wanted it booked for, we said 8am. What she didn't say was we had only booked continental breakfast, so when we came down at 8am no one was around and we just sat there for ages wasting time. We gave up in the end. When we told the chap on reception he said well you only booked continental breakfast you just help yourself to what's out. We then didn't have time as we had to get to the airport. We asked for a refund for breakfast and he said we don't do refunds. If the girl on the Reception had explained properly then this situation wouldn't have come about.Also, when we came out of the room, a ladder had been put in the middle of the corridor up to the loft with no warning signs. It was a bit dangerous.
