I would stay here again...

Liked: Very close to everything! Staff was great! Beds were comfortable!
Disliked: Did not have a fridge that’s most definitely important.

Liked: Perfect location: 8 min walk from Soho shopping zone, 1 min from 2nd avenue station, wholefoods supermarket right next to the hotel (you can grab meal from hot bar and dine at the hotel). Hotel provides limitless coffee/tea for guests on the first floor. For all guest complimentary access to rooftop of Orchard Hotel is provided but I didn't use it.
Disliked: Windows are not opening, you only use the airconditioner which is fine, but I got sick during stay and at some point you just desperately need air circulation. The floor was not vacuumcleaned during my stay, the rest was cleaned ok.

Great location for what I...

Liked: The room was cleaned every day. Fresh coffee and cold water free of charge. Amazing location next to some great restaurants, fashion stores and grocery stores like Whole Foods.
Disliked: Some days I got water and some days I didn’t. Could have used a vacuum on the floor. On a busy road not ideal if someone is a light sleeper.

Liked: Location is excellent. very close to more than 1 metro station and very easy to reach any place in Manhattan and New York in general. The staff we excellent and very helpful. However, the person who checked us in was not as good as the rest of the staff. The room is clean and comfortable. It was very hot days and the room AC was working in a very good way.

We won't return.

Liked: It was inexpensive. The room's AC worked.
Disliked: It was cheap. The hotel needs a refresh. The front desk was not attentive (housekeeping was good). The ADA elevator is broken, the lobby AC is broken, the room toilet is broken (I fixed it myself), and the bath light is very dim.
