You live and learn

Liked: I liked the position as I had appointments at the Monash heart and Melbourne heart Hospital
Disliked: Dirty linen dirty glass and cup and saucer draw no cutlery loose wires on beside table lamps cobwebs all around the room not good lighting

A Pleasant Stay!

Liked: Even though there were restaurants close by, I chose to eat here as the chef Mike was great! The place was very clean and comfortable. Well done!
Disliked: One of the front desk guys (younger French male?) was lazy and unhelpful, but Mike really made my stay enjoyable with pleasant conversations during and after dinner.

not as good as expected

Liked: bed was comfy and clean room
Disliked: found the facility not as good as the last time (previous management was excellent) Reception needs improvement no drinking glasses in room, plate for food, cutlery needed to ask for them. limited in room
