Liked: Affordable hotel, helpful staff, convenient location
Disliked: Some stains on chairs and mould in the corners of the bathroom. Not ideal, but it's an older property.

Liked: I've stayed numerous times at Gateway now and love the comfy beds, big rooms, and huge spa. The desk staff are lovely.
Disliked: There are some superficial cosmetic things that could use a "spritz" in some rooms but nothing that interferes with comfort/convenience.

Liked: Value for money, bed was comfy and shower was great. Great hotel for the price.

Liked: furniture looks elegant. The location makes the hotel very convenient to catch a bus just near the gate of it.
Disliked: Laundry room not available at that time i live here. one time used item is not diverse enough

Disliked: Not being next to the kids room on ground floor as originally requested. Swimming pool and spa were not suitably clean to swim in.
