Disliked: The room was very drab. All grey, dark & dingy, even the two pictures were grey. Certainly no frills. No lamps, one cushion on the bed none on the couch. The shower body lotion /shampoo was impossible to use. No nice toiletries at all. Very basic plus a freight train rail way across the road which had several movements each night and I hadn’t noticed when I arrived.

Liked: Each time I have stayed here, it is very comfortable and clean.

Liked: The beds were comfortable, and bathroom facilities were great the fact they had coloured towels and not white was great. Nice warm welcome from the hosts was a good start to our stay.
Disliked: The room had no kitchenette even though it said in the booking it did. Plus, the utensils, etc, were in the cupboards and draws but nothing to cook on. But luckily we only stayed 2 nights and ate out both for of them.

A very disappointing stay to...

Liked: Location was good for where we needed to be for an event.
Disliked: Did not appreciate how they changed our booking to a completely different room, and they hadn't informed us. Was not the suite package we had pre-paid for a month earlier. The lady at Reception became very haphazard about it all and basically said they were fully book and there was nothing they could do. When I showed her the email that they sent us confirming our booking, and the description of the room, she became defensive, full of excuses and switched the error on us. That we should have booked directly with them instead of booking.com and we should have made specific requests. The spa bath did not work... the room was noisy and it smelled. We were up very early the next morning, 6am and noticed there were not many cars in the parking lot and empty rooms. If you choose to stay here REQUEST NOT to stay upstairs from rooms 17, 16, 15, 14. Request a large spa bath that works.
