Liked: I always stay here when coming to the Mount. Spacious room, comfy bed, relaxing spa, nothing bad about it.

Passable

Liked: Location was handy for the event.
Disliked: The facility is tired and needs a bit of maintenance. Fridge in the room didn’t seal well so leaked a lot. Servicing of the room wasn’t consistent. Was issues with the hot water.

Clean and tidy

Liked: Could take our dog
Disliked: Extremely noisy. You hear trains and trucks right through the night. After you book you get told extra charge $50 for dog. Happy to pay but should be told prior to booking so you can make an informed decision

A very bad choice of...

Liked: Shower was great.
Disliked: Beds very hard and uncomfortable. Traffic and trains very close and went all night.
