Liked: Out of all my years of traveling and check-ins, this was by far the most friendliest welcoming I've had. The room was excellent value and the lady was very accommodating to my two grandbabies aged 2 and 3. I will 100% return. Room was huge and comfortable i didn't want to leave.

Great value and comfort

Liked: The room is very big, comfortable and clean. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Best stay for a while for us. The lady brought some treats for my 3-yo daughter and even the little one enjoyed the stay very much. Thank you!

Liked: The rooms are clean.
Disliked: The reception front of house had a very unkempt attire, greasy hair and a really bad attitude that made us feel unwelcome when we arrived. I am studying hospitality and this service was below my expectation . The role of front of house is to make the guest feel welcome not disturbed.I looked forward to staying in masterton and our trip was cut short. We have stayed once before and won't be booking again.
