Liked: I got the family room, it’s big and very close to front desk which also the breakfast is.
Disliked: The facility a little bit old.

Disliked: We are all mobility challenged and found the step up to get into the rooms a bit tough to negotiate

Disliked: Bathroom tub has dirt on bottom, the bathroom smelled like car urine and there was no hot water , we ran it for awhile.

Liked: the location was great and the price was right for a one night stay They provide coffee and breakfast,it would have been nice if there was a coffee maker in the room but for the price we paid not complaining .
Disliked: there was no hair dryer.

basic but good & comfortable

Liked: Hotel is basic with clean room which is spacious for us (family of 4 adults and 2 kids), bathroon newly renovated but the exhaust fan too loud. Just stayed one night, we were happy to have a full size couch and 3 chairs for our take-out dinner and watch TV. Light breakfast at 8:30am (self-service) at the hotel reception area with coffee, juice, cookies, toasted bread, jam/butter, yogurt & banana. Hotel location is easy to find and close to Gananoque cruise port.
Disliked: No closet in the room, suggest to put a cloths rack or nail some hooks on the wall with supply of a few hangers too. Most of the hotel area are pretty run down, updating is needed for ongoing business.

Ideal for budget travel

Liked: It's a wonderful place. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was clean and smelled nice. Very good location. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. This place is worth visiting. We will definitely return in the summer. It is perfect for budget accommodation! It is very important that there are no bed bugs, I have an allergy to them!!!!
