Front desk person was rude...

Liked: Nothing went wll or was good.
Disliked: I left my drivers license at home but had a photo copy of it on my phone as well as my credit card and cash. Front desk refused to give me a room or a refund. I had other photo id and my cell phone and was driving my Tesla.

Liked: The staff friendly and helpful. Clean room and comfortable bed.
Disliked: The breakfast was more like a quick breakfast bar not a sit down breakfast. Toaster waffles, toast, cereal and yogurt. Was enough for us, took back to room to eat.

Disliked: Shower in accessible room was terrible. Lighting was the bare minimum. Only on hand towel for 2 people. Breakfast was really minimal and no dedicated breakfast area. Everyone crammed into the small check-in area.

Liked: This was a quick stay with a late check in and early checkout, but it was more than adequate for what I needed. Everything was perfect
