Best B&B ever

Liked: This was the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in. Maria treated us so well. We arrived Iate in the evening and she greeted us warmly. The breakfasts were very delicious and the conversations with her and other guests at breakfast were a lot of fun. The Jewel Room was spacious and comfortable. It was very kind of her to provide bottled water, sodas and snacks in the kitchen. We had to depart very early before breakfast and she made us a to go bag with delicious coffee cake. The location was great and near eating places on Ludlow Ave. We will be visiting Cincinnati often in the future and we intend to stay here hopefully every time we visit.
Disliked: I would not change a thing

If we had more time...

Liked: A fantastic well kept and comfortable B&B. The hosts were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and a delight for the conversation.
Disliked: Curtains for rooms could block more light, but truly I’m stretching to find any flaw.

Liked: Great property and location. Very clean and the breakfast was amazing. Met with one of the owners and had a really good conversation with her.
Disliked: I can’t think of any negatives about our stay.

Had the hostess been well...

Liked: Unfortunately, the hostess was ill and we didn’t get to experience her delightful breakfast we had read about in the reviews. . We had looked so forward to having the experience it was the main reason we chose a bed and breakfast. The bed was comfortable as well as the sheets. She provided nice towels. We were left snacks and drinks which were greatly appreciated. Loved the hand painted decor on the walls.
Disliked: Since this was a bed and breakfast and the host was ill I think we should have been given the opportunity to cancel our reservation.Even though she provided a refund of $40.00 for breakfast with parking that didn’t cover the cost we incurred for the two days. The room was hot and it was necessary to open the windows at times to try and cool it. The temperature in the hall was 75 and we were unable to change it. The room was somewhat crowded, I’d suggest getting rid of the zebra decor and also add an over the door mirror.

Liked: We were in town for a family football game. The house was close to the stadium as well as getting anywhere we needed to go. The room was cozy and comfortable. I can't rave enough about the breakfasts! Holy cow, so good!
Disliked: absolutely nothing
