Very poor

Liked: The food wasn't great but the bedroom was comfortable and Nice and the restaurant staff were very kind and helpful.
Disliked: There was no signal for the internet,, the lady at reception was extremely rude when asked if she could try rebooting it. I asked the staff behind the bar and they did it and explained the lady behind reception is renowned for being rude. Why is she allowed to be in a customer facing and customer service role. She was rude during check in as well. No manners at all.

Great hotel

Liked: Really attractive courtyard outside the room. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. A good range of places to eat close by and a supermarket round the corner.
Disliked: The distance between the car park and the rooms but this is unavoidable and it wouldn't stop me staying there another time
