I regretted booking this facility.
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The facility is old! Expensive for the quality. The air conditioner/heater did not work and we froze, left early just to warm up.

Very pleased with our stay.
Liked: Very polite staff and close proximity to the beach at a decent price!
Disliked: Some of the other guests were loud all night long when I had my baby with me.

Liked: This hotel needs to be more aware of the ADA guidelines and the topic of service dogs. My wife and I and two adult children and grandson and two service dogs arrived after traveling 8 hours to get there and was turned away by the desk clerk. If it wasn't for the awesome police officer from the Virginia Beach Police department we would have been looking for a place to stay all night. It would be in their best interest to brush up on the ADA laws regarding service animals to avoid a civil suit in court. My two 100 lb Rottweilers was more behaved then the dog 25 lb or less that stayed about four doors down from us it barked 24/7 I really feel bad for the people who stayed in the room next to them that just goes to show you shouldn't discriminate based on number or wait of dogs. If you are a person with a service dog do not let them turn you away contact the Virginia Beach Police department or follow up in court know your rights. Now for the hotel itself it was very clean the service personnel maids all the people who work there except for the guy who checked us in was very nice and very thorough The rooms were clean the beds were comfortable. I would like to thank the owner/manager that the police officer spoke to on the phone who finally decided to take us in My hope is in the future people with disabilities will not have the same problem at your hotel that I did in the end we enjoyed our stay

I will not be back...
Liked: Parking, horrible, you had to pay for parking even though you had to pay to stay at their hotel, and there’s no place to get in easily .Front desk staff, unmoving, unwavering, blasé attitude.
Disliked: Parking horrible, pool bathroom doors locked so you would need a key who has a key on their bathing suit??!!
