Liked: Employees were excellent!
Disliked: My wife found carpet beetles in our room. We only stayed one night and needed to leave. We are requesting a refund for one day. We had to leave and find other accommodations. The hotel manager informed us that we needed to contacting you to receive our refund.

Liked: I loved everything. The coolest thing they had Dove products. The breakfast sausage was so good and they had real eggs. The coffee bar was 24/7 that was cool and their coffee was actually good . They have vending machines with good food and good drinks (obviously not cheap) but if I was hungry I’d definitely get something . They have a whole laundry room you can use for some change . The staff was so friendly day and night shift . The bed was so comfy and I loved the pillows , even the desk chair was comfortable. The whole room was so cute . I would stay here again and recommend people too .
Disliked: You can hear the neighbors more so during the day . Other than that, I can’t think of anything else.

Affordable, centrally located, nice accommodations

Liked: Rubén the manager was very helpful, honest, and accommodating.
Disliked: The previous late check outs caused a bit of delay for many people trying to get into their rooms.
