The Sleep Inn & Suites hotel provides access to many area attractions. ID hotel is just 4 mi from Idaho Falls LDS Temple and the Museum of Idaho, and many national parks are just a short drive away. The hotel is across the highway from the Mountain America Event Center. Boating, fishing, canoeing, hiking, mountain biking and running are availble in the area. Visitors my visit Tautphaus Park Zoo, Yellowstone Bear World, Heise Hot Springs and Rexburg Rapids. There are many restaurants close to the hotel. Breakfast, free WIFI, free weekday newspaper, also exercise room are provided. 24-hour business center and access to copy and fax services are available. In-room amenities include a work desk. All guest rooms provide a flat-screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Laundry facilities are located on the premises. Parking is available.

Employees are great specially ROSE,...

Liked: Been there many times, under old name. Nice place. MAIN DRAW for repeat was the breakfast.
Disliked: 2 plus months with no "hot" food. Only Jimmie Dean/ microwaved. Will find another place if remodel is not finished "YET".Why NO ice buckets in the room. Small card on fridge, "Go down to the front desk if you want an ice bucket. Another "find a different place"!Generally a grate place to stay. The last few months, not so great because of the remodel. And you still charged the same price for all the inconvenience of the stairs closed for carpet, paint etc. Elevator spiritic to work, construction smell & dust.Families with little kids should not be placed on the 3rd floor, jumping on beds and floor noise.

Not terrible, but not great...

Liked: Room was great. Decent wall thickness (for restricting sounds between rooms). Location was great.
Disliked: I think we just got unlucky (since this hotel changed ownership right before we came), but the staff didn't seem to know how to work their system at all, which made our check-in take much longer than it should have, and we also got locked out of our room (our key cards stopped working after one night).The elevator smelled like someone had been smoking weed in it.At breakfast, food nearly ran out multiple times.No non-slip mat on the bathtub floor--also no swimming pool despite seeing pictures of it online (to be fair, not on booking.com though).
