I will not be back
Liked: The room was nice and clean. No complaints. The location was also great and well connected to Kings Dominion.
Disliked: Breakfast was really bad. We had to wait a long time and the quality was poor. Service was non-existent.The ad for the hotel mentioned a swimming pool, but it was non-existent!

Disliked: The T.V’s didn’t work because the remotes are charged by solar!… yes solar light charges the remotes. 2 nights and we couldn’t watch T.V. We had 2 rooms, one room had a mini fridge, the other room had nothing. Neither had a microwave, a coffee maker, they didn’t even have an ice bucket. We had to ask the front desk for the buckets and then they told us the ice machine was top floor. Only one ice machine and it was on the top floor. This place was disappointing….. but the rooms were clean.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, perfect...
Liked: All of the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
Disliked: Had a couple hiccups with the first room we booked but staff jumped on making sure everything got sorted out and took very good care of myself and my family

Disliked: The fact that it advertised a pool which was the reason for selecting this hotel as well as the breakfast but did not have the waffles for breakfast and no pool under construction and did not state that on the website no accommodation for the pool not being able to use all the staff was great except for the nasty lady that put the food out she was so rude no friendliness to her demeanor at all, also bathroom door does not lock or closed tight
