Garner Hotel Clarksville Northeast an IHG Hotel

The rooms and commons area were attractive and clean. Breakfast was yummy! Beds were comfy, but an extra blanket would have been nice.

Liked: That you still have carpet in the hall and rooms!
Disliked: For an elderly person, getting into the tub for a shower is dangerous. The tub walls are high, and the tub floor should have a slip proof bottom.

Liked: Very friendly staff at front desk. Like the afternoon cookies. 3/28 and 3/29 breakfast staff was attentive and trying hard to keep up with demand.
Disliked: 3/30 breakfast staff was not good, things were not stocked at 8:45. Out of multiple things including plain Creamer cups, sleeve for coffee, pastries, etcNight of 3/28 there were guest who were keeping us awake because of their activity. Called front desk and requested they address problem. It was 45 more mins ( now around 2am) before it got quiet.We expected some housekeeping service. Had to call and request trash empty and fresh towels. 3 night stay, very little cleaning
