Great location & affordable!

Liked: The location is great - lots of dining & shopping options nearby. The facilities are pretty clean & the beds were comfy. The staff was amazing! A woman named Nicole went above & beyond to take care of our family and we really appreciated her! Fantastic customer service!
Disliked: The only things I’d change would be to have a suite option - where there’s a bedroom door to be closed - with a sitting area & pull out couch. That would make this the perfect location for my family!

Liked: It is newly renovated so it was good for us but I do not see it staying that way long. Our room wasn't clean-it was tidy but not clean (and it's new so that's a worry). The staff were interested in doing the bare minimum every step of the way. Breakfast was minimal. The few days we were there, no one ever made the oatmeal. They put out the toppings and left the saran wrap on but left the crockpot empty-like they didn't even try. I hope management sees it as an opportunity to have a decent hotel in a good location but given it's current management-it will be a gross hotel in a decent location in no time.
