Little Gem
Liked: A hidden gem! Restored Georgian with all modern amenities and fantastic breakfast. lovely staff. Is in what they call a lively neighborhood but there is tons of things to do and city centre and tourists aspects are brisk 15 minute walk across the river.
Disliked: The rooms are seriously hot they do provide fan make sure you find it and that you have a window that opens this is a really big problem

Passable
Disliked: The 'continental breakfast' mini-croissants are on a table in plastic wrappers. I didn't eat them. The 'orange jiuce' is from concentrate. Not very good for £200 a night.

Would not stay there again...
Liked: I liked the communal eating area and courtyard. The corridors were very nice as was the art on the walls.
Disliked: We did not like our room at all it was very tight and on the ground floor with a full height window to a very noisy alleyway - which felt unsafe and made it hard to sleep. It was hot so we needed to leave the window open. The room was very cramped for four of us with one tiny bathroom with no counter for toiletries.

A very lovely place, esp...
Liked: The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There were nice seating areas in the hallways, facing out to a small but lovely garden. The walls had many pictures/maps worth spending time gazing at. Lots of books to borrow. Very clean and orderly. The location was very good, central - close to a train station for trips to the north; O'Connell St; lots of pubs; easy walking to museums. Breakfast was in pleasant downstairs rooms with skylights and windows to the garden. We didn't know the area, but felt safe.
Disliked: Our room was very small, just fit the bed, with a small bath. Absolutely no view. Friends had a lovely large room and bath, but 4 flights up with no elevator. I would choose the upper level room.
