Liked: The staff were wonderful. From the front desk to all the people who tidied up our room each day. They made sure we always had clean towels and made our beds each day. They greeted every time we entered and left the property and provided us with great information and recommendations.

Not Quite the Place

Liked: Excellent staff. Front desk was consistently abive reproach. They're some of the most helpful humans anywhere. The room was shockingly wayyy too small! It was like they dug it out of a wall as an afterthought. One tiny bed took up all the space. It was a dog kennel of a room. The room alone undid everything the staff did. Definitely not worth the money. And my toilet was used and unwashed! I also did not find the policy of inflexible booking funny. There's no circunstance it made sense. My trip was forced to change. I'd booked for 8 days and tried to change. No, they said. But they were kind enough to shave off 2 days only. They claimed they kept my room for all the days I wasn't there until I arrived on the 5th of the 8-day booking. But who used the room and why was the toilet not flushed and washed? Also, the breakfast options were limited and consistent. Same thing every day. But the staff takes the cake! They're everything you need in a hotel. I can't forget them.

Liked: The hotel is small but comfortable and clean. The staff is nice and the location is great, not that close to the center of Paris but it’s well connected to the metro.

Was decent but could have...

Liked: The location. Being close to shops and cafes. The housekeeping services.
Disliked: Too noisy, couldn’t really sleep because the noise from hallways and other rooms was too much. The lift was tiny and when you arrived at your floor there were still stairs. Not good for carrying luggage. No fridge in the room. Was a hassle to have the reception take your food and medicine to the hotel fridge.
