Nice hotel in a good...

Liked: Location was easy to get to, just round the corner from Earls Court tube station, room was nice and comfortable although hot but the two fans in the room helped.
Disliked: Maybe air on in the room as even with the fans the room was still hot.

Never again! Pay for a...

Liked: One room bed bugs and our room wasps nest 5 stings total.
Disliked: Staff awful and conditions terrible

No AC

Disliked: There is no AC in the room while it's so hot, we asked to get another fan as the one they've provided is small they haven't been helpful and it's so noisy that you can hear the cars outside all night, there is no soundproof that we could hear the door slamming of the room next to us every single time they are in and out.

Liked: It was in close proximity to our place of interest.
Disliked: The room was tired-looking & outdated. The unit under the window was coming away from the wall, the curtains were coming off on one side. It was not of the standard I was expecting for the price I paid.

Liked: Great location. 24hr reception.
Disliked: Small room badly in need of upgrading. Cup cracked and chipped. Room didn’t look like photos.

Overpriced extremely small room with...

Liked: Well, The name of the hotel is called "The Garden View Hotel" and that was true. I had a large window looking out at the Garden across the street. I liked that and was an easy walk to Earls Court and the tube. I love the location.
Disliked: Really not worth the price. Single room is like a sardine can. I couldn't close the bathroom door without straddling the toilet. I am a small person and the was no where to open my luggage and pass through hall without squeezing past. This space should not me considered a room at all. The Lift could accommodate only one person and a small amout of luggage.

Horrible stay ruined my vacation...

Disliked: I was given a room in a basement which it was not stated in the booking. Building is old, the room smelled bad, half of the outlets didn’t work, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, sewage odor as soon as you get to the basement, fan stopped working, sheets not all the way clean and the list goes on. Total waste of money.
