Cheap and available so serves...

Liked: Location was good, 2mins walk from Earl’s Court subway station
Disliked: Room was extremely small for 3 people, no aircon in the room or hotel and temps really high that weekend. Receptionist wasn’t very pleasant or helpful

Liked: Location and access to transport. Tea/coffe available. Good shower.
Disliked: Room was small. No breakfast available if desired

Nice stay!

Liked: Location was good for us because we aimed to go to The Queue in the first day of Wimbledon tennis tournament. The hotel is very close the the Earls Court station so it is very convenient.
Disliked: The size of the shower space in our room was not good (very small). The bathroom in general was good, but to take a shower can be a little bit challenging if you are tall, overweight or have any disability.

Bathroom needs a major cleaning...

Liked: The location was nice since it was close to Earl’s Court station.
Disliked: Room 21’s bathroom had such a strong mildew/mold smell we had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times. The shower stall had what looked like black mold in the corners. The staff only would give us one plastic room key, but we had 2 people that were doing different things. So we had to turn our key in when we left. Also the only AC in the building was down in the reception. Upstairs had a small fan that barely moved air.

Disliked: Room was too hot and no air con. Lift felt unsafe and was very slow. Sink was loose and nearly fell off the counter multiple times.

Nice hotel in a good...

Liked: Location was easy to get to, just round the corner from Earls Court tube station, room was nice and comfortable although hot but the two fans in the room helped.
Disliked: Maybe air on in the room as even with the fans the room was still hot.

Liked: One room bed bugs and our room wasps nest 5 stings total.
Disliked: Staff awful and conditions terrible
