Liked: It was close to metro and had some good restaurants around
Disliked: Originally booked the wrong dates and they were not able to accommodate us for the duration of the stay without a large extra fee… I found a cheaper solution to stay for one night only instead of three, in which said it was available on the booking.com. This would have resulted in a partial refund, however they did not permit it and said it was unavailable - unsure if this was the truth.

Liked: Strategically located for Fete de la Musique. All essentials you need for a short stay and comfortable bed. Staff was extremely helpful.
Disliked: Insulation wasnt the best. Loud street at all hous and a construction site in front of the hotel. Consider bringing ear plugs.

Great location; comfy beds; reception...

Liked: The room was fairly large (for Paris standards). The beds were super comfortable and we slept well. The room was dark at night and quiet. There is complimentary coffee available all day and chilled water - a really nice touch!
Disliked: The bedroom was pretty dirty and dusty in some areas. The hairdryer was in a very bad state - it definitely needs replacing. Awful dust had also accumulated in the hairdryer handle. Some of the staff members were not particularly friendly to my partner. He told them he had forgotten his phone charger and the member of staff replied "and what has that got to do with me?!"
