Garden of the Gods Motel

We liked it the hotel...

Liked: The people in office was wonderful. The view was beautiful.
Disliked: People that didn't appear to be staying at hotel was hanging around.

Passable

Liked: The hotel has been renovated and new furniture and plumbing have been installed. overall the room was clean. Towels were sufficient and looked new. There was hot water with good pressure.
Disliked: The bathroom is very small, the door almost touches the toilet when opened. The front door has a broken door chain lock. The air conditioner was so noisy that it was difficult to sleep.

Disliked: We got a smoking room - didn’t realize that they still existed, so our room smelled like stale smoke which was unfortunate. But we only stayed one night so it was ok.

Great location

Liked: Great location with a nice view. Felt very clean.
Disliked: Nothing! It wasn’t fancy but had everything we needed.

Okay room

Liked: The nice little goody bag of treats was very nice, the price of the room was reasonable. The bed was comfortable and the size of the room was fine.
Disliked: Even though the room was listed as an "Economy" room, it should not smell of old smoke and the bathroom smell of urine.

A nice little hotel

Liked: It looks a bit suspect from the outside but this is a nice hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and modern. Just a block and a half from two excellent Italian restaurants. No breakfast. Just juice and coffee but good breakfast places nearby.
