Liked: Great location close to light rail.

Poor

Liked: The night staff quickly helped us change the room. There are free washing machines and dryers available.
Disliked: I had to change rooms because there were a bunch of live bed bugs under my mattress. It is recommended to check the gaps in the mattress when you move in.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything, from the large rooms (booked one night, stayed a second night in a different room)single room had a spa bath integrated with the shower, second room had a larger bathroom space but no spa. Both rooms had a private balcony that allows smoking (It looks like all rooms have a balcony, some open, some semi enclosed) Outside the rooms is a lovely light filled eating/seating area with kitchen appliances for communal use and there is a 24 hr 7ELEVEn right next door. Train station is a 5-10 min walk and Bus stop right out front. Also secure gated parking. I enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: Minimal milk, tea, coffee and sugar, but again...7ELEVEn next door.

Disliked: Patio lights filtering into room as the curtains didn’t adequately block light.

Liked: Not for fussies. Room was ok for general stay. Staff was helpful. Eating area was equip with oven and microwave.
Disliked: Room chairs had stains and no proper area for hanging clothes. Laundry machine is quite out of the way

Disliked: The rooms weren’t that clean and also our room had a musky smell. It felt a little lonely at that hotel
