Disliked: people sitting outside talking loud at night near our room and left tag for room to be serviced nobody came

Disliked: The Spanish speaking lady that attends the front kept leaving the office and stayed in her car, makes you wait outside the office while she decides to go help you! She has the worst attitude. She asked for cash for the deposit even after her policy on her window stated that you can pay debit/credit card or cash. I never carry cash it’s 2025. She had an attitude didn’t want to tell me why she wanted cash then after a small back and forth she said the machine didn’t work, why couldn’t she tell me that in the first place. Long story short I never got my deposit back because she never came to help me after I checked out!

Liked: I like that everything was convenient so clean and the stuff is wonderful snd the morning breakfast was out of this world I highly recommend this hotel
Disliked: That my trip was cut short

Disliked: Dirty room and cigarette burns in the bed spread. Flys and small bugs in the room.

Don’t recommend staying until here...

Liked: The water pressure in the shower was perfect! I wish more hotels had the same water pressure.
Disliked: There were lots of little things that could have been fixed to make this a more enjoyable stay.Upon walking into my room after checking in, immediately I was hit with the smell of cigarettes. And I booked a non-smoking room. Once inside, I noticed the fire detector had been hanging down from the ceiling and wrapped in plastic (see photo attached). The room seemed like it had been renovated recently but not done well. There was no closet and just a weird layout in general. Not to mention, a tile that had come off and was just laying on the ground upon arrival. Also no toilet paper holder. (see photos attached).The biggest nuance to me was the mosquitos. I was bit my entire stay. I killed 3 of them in my room while there.Breakfast is included but is literally only toast, cereal, and waffles. And everyone goes for the waffle. So don’t have high expectations for a lot of breakfast options.I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I won’t again unless the prices for other hotels nearby are way too high. The value here was good, hence why I stayed. The positive here is that all of these things can be fixed should they decide to do so.
