Liked: There was no breakfast at all.
Disliked: The floors and baseboards were filthy.

I’d be willing to stay...

Liked: Location was convenient to FDR park area. This was basically the only hotel in town. Staff was pleasant at check-in.
Disliked: Cleanliness on the room was lacking. The sofa bed mattress was stained and covered with black granules of some form. This caused me to go look at the main mattress, and lifting the fitted sheet I came into contact with bodily fluids soaked into the mattress. There were multiple stains of urine, blood, and either vomit or feces on the side of the mattress. This sparked an immediate desire to go wash my hands, but there was no soap anywhere in the room. It was 2 nights of trying not to touch anything and feeling my skin crawl. Thankfully, we spent very little time in the room outside of sleep/shower.Hair dryer was also not functioning.
