The garden setting of the...

Liked: Beautiful garden with fresh fruit, staff were very receptive to my request to address loud noise from pool, quiet location, lots of space.
Disliked: Furnishings a bit dated but the large size of rooms made up for it. Bathroom fan noisy.

Bad

Disliked: There was no air conditioning when we called they said they would turn on but never happened. Also had numerous bug bites not sure if mosquitoes or fleas we checked in about 11 pm and to late and to tired to go anywhere else very disappointed could be a beautiful place with right management

Liked: Really enjoyed the landscaping , the patio area , very serene and unbelievably quiet with the proximity to the freeway. Sausage at the breakfast was delicious
Disliked: The ac thermostat was broken , I would recommend updating to USB portals vs having 3 landlines.The eggs were DISGUSTING! They were frozen hardboiled eggs.

The price was excellent and...

Liked: We loved the suite with the shared living room, and the spacious bedrooms The pool and courtyard were beautiful. A welcomed oasis in Fresno.
Disliked: I was unable to adjust the temperature in my room. Would have enjoyed more channels on the TV.

Great hotel, great staff

Liked: Although you might find the rooms a bit dated that should not put you off staying at this great place.I found the rooms clean and the staff members customer focused. The hotel has great variety of trees and bushes that makes if unique among other places where I stayed.The manager, Henry is very helpful. He gave us a room that was perfect to our needs.The spa area is hot, not to be mised. The swimming pool is clean. Breakfast area has lots of natural light and fresh fruits.Free parking on site.
Disliked: I would like the rooms to be updated and breaskfast selection to be more varied.
