Superb

Liked: Wonderful breakfast in the peaceful garden terrace. Family / interconnecting room was great.
Disliked: Rooms a tiny bit cramped - but this was expected so not an issue.

Pleasant

Liked: Staff was super nice. Breakfast food was good also with the usual buffet.
Disliked: Bathroom was a bit small, specially the shower.Whenever it was on, the water would spill everything.

Disliked: Garden room meant we were next to the bar with people smoking and smoke drifting into the room. We had to close the only 1 window which made it very hot Outside lights were very bright and curtains did not cover window

Disliked: I booked for one person, I arrived late in the night and I asked to pay extra for my partner to stay also in my room....the man at reception was very angry and uncooperative.....my partner walked me to the room and bravely tried to stay with me....the man in reception came to the room and after brief words pepper sprayed my partner directly in the eyes and even went to the trouble of calling the police to have him removed......we did absolutely nothing wrong in the room and left without protest....this man had absolutely no people skills and could have been much more understanding of our plight at that hour of the night.....I would even have given him €50.00 for himself just for accommodating us and everything would have been fine......it was a total over reaction on his part to a simple situation even the police were horrified and actually laughing in the end at all the drama he caused!!!!!!!!!My partners eyes were still very much hurting two days later........I cannot possibly recommend this place and would actually consider it dangerous with this kind of staff on duty.......you should be ASHAMED of yourself for this sort of reaction to a very simple situation........in my opinion all of this drama was caused by you and not me or my partner we were very respectful at all times.

Very good, great location

Liked: Location, easy walk into city, lovely staff, parking, really secure and close by.
Disliked: No air con in summer it’s very hot, our room was good but aircon would’ve been better. Sadly the tiny lift will not fit more than one person and their bags

Very good

Liked: We stayed in an Appartment. It was tiny but fully equipped. We even had coffee for the morning. The house was a beautiful old building near to the town center.
Disliked: Further down the road was a bar, which was very noisy in the evening hours. So we had to close the window to get some sleep. One chair was near to breakdown.

All needs were met. Adequate...
