Liked: Excellent calm location in a great area. Beautiful aesthetics give a very classy vibe. Very comfortable bed and standard king size rooms. Beautiful active pool area.
Disliked: Queen rooms we initially booked were somewhat cramped and accessible only by stairs? Had to carry our own heavy luggage. Front desk staff sometimes a bit preoccupied or aloof.

Liked: Perfectly located in Garden District - one block from St Charles and the trolley, walking distance to Magazine or French Quarter. The pool was beautiful and relaxing after a full day of walking around.
Disliked: The hallways have an echo so there is a tendency for loudness. However, most guests were mindful and kept to their rooms.

Liked: The hotel was gorgeous. The staff was exceptional! from the front desk staff to the staff working at the pool, they were wonderful! The pool was great… AC worked SO WELL in the room! The shower pressure and water temp were perfect.. And the beds were super comfortable.
Disliked: The room was super small and it has no counter space in the bathroom (literally no vanity).. we stayed in a queen so the king may be different but, it was a little difficult getting ready while putting hair tools and makeup in the sink. Nothing detrimental though.

Liked: EVERYTHING!!!! The staff especially the front desk ladies, the pool, the room, the decor, location in the Garden District and to the street car line….what else can I say. I favorite hotel hands down in New Orleans!!

Liked: The location was great and centrally located close enough to walk the neighborhood. I loved the door in our room that lead to the street. It felt like we were in a home instead of a hotel room.
