Comfortable, Spacious Stay in Old...

Liked: A big, modern hotel inside a historical building in downtown Krakow. I was given a room on the top floor which felt extravagantly spacious and with a lot of personality with a rooftop window. The bed was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: The rooftop windows were unique but it seems that the shades were broken some time ago and never repaired; therefore, I woke up with the sun and not my alarm.

Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Liked: Great location, with easy access to key attractions. The rooms were modern, well-furnished and very quiet, ensuring a restful stay. Providing bathrobes and slippers would make the stay even more comfortable. The reception staff were extremely helpful and always available to assist.
Disliked: Breakfast had limited sweet options and lacked fresh juices.

Great stay at the Garamond...

Liked: Great location for the old town: close enough but also a bit quieter location than for some hotels. Staff were knowledgeable and helped a lot with booking trips and restaurants, including making an excellent suggestion for a restaurant when we asked for something really special
Disliked: Everything was fine, but some of the trips we booked didn't drop us back to the hotel because of traffic restrictions
