Disappointing stay

Disliked: Room was neither stylish nor update. Weak AC. Poorly functioning shower. Terrible lighting.Street noise from motorcycles and busses is considerable.

Liked: the location was wonderful, the room was dreamy and very comfortable. The staff was top notch! I will always recommend Gar Anat to anyone I know looking to visit Granada.

Liked: The staff at the hotel are nothing less than exceptional and go out of their way to make guests feel at home. Their recommendations for restaurants and excursions are hard to beat!

A very relaxing few days...

Liked: The staff were efficient. They seemed to have a useful standard script. but were always very helpful. The hotel was near to the Cathedral , though not in a particularly pretty part of town... Lots of things were within walking distance. our room on tyhe first floor, was spacious with very modern furniture and with a big bathroom. The shower was nice though not powerful. The lobby was interesting, but we the robes and slippers provided were helpful, as was the laundry service, as we had been travelling light between hotels for some time. Breakfasts were great, with all guests using a long refrectory type table. this led to discussions between guests of different nationalities which was an extra pleasure.
Disliked: The decor was cool and modern .Older/antique furnishings do tend to make an establishment feel more warm and homely. Not everyone might like the sharing of the long breakfast table.
