Excellent location.

Liked: Breakfast was very good Room comfortable. Staff very friendly and informative. Bar was good. Location was excellent.
Disliked: Swimming pool was closed.

Great hotel, very clean, lovely...

Liked: Great breakfast, great pool, great staff
Disliked: Door stops badly placed. Kept stubbing toe on the one placed right in front of toilet. Needs a Quiet Please sign outside lift at night.

Liked: location was better than expected, a 12 minute walk to Plaza Mayor. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff who arranged a taxi to the airport.
Disliked: shower didn't get real hot
