Good

Liked: Clean air conditioned room with tea/coffee facilities. Plenty of convenience shops and small bars nearby. Good choice at breakfast and gluten free options available.
Disliked: A little too far from the centre of Madrid, pool is quite small and drunken resident who was allowed to have glass bottles of beer put us off staying there for long.

Convenient location, pleasant stay with...

Liked: Everything was great. The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions. Our room was very quiet. Cleanliness was excellent, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff were very kind and helpful.
Disliked: Our room was supposed to have a double bed, but it turned out to be two single beds pushed together. On top of that, the beds had wheels, which made it easy for them to separate. Around 8 in the morning, there was some noise — the sound of carts and people talking in the hallway (I assume the housekeeping staff started work at that time). The door had a gap of several centimeters at the bottom, which affected the soundproofing and let light in during the night. But these are minor issues.

Liked: Cleanliness of the room and do the cleaning everyday Jacuzzi
Disliked: We were requested for EURO20 as refundable deposit for a iron which is not fair and when I requested for toothbrushes they wanted me to come to the reception to collect it when I said I am not in a position to come down then they delivered to the room.
